As of May 1, 2014, ASCP will not distribute paper CPE statements of credit for ACPE-accredited courses, the NABP/ACPE CPE Monitor system is expected to be the single repository of this information and will be maintained on licensees’ behalf and reported to state boards who request verification of CPE. It is the responsibility of the pharmacist to obtain and submit the correct NABP e-PID and birthday (MMDD format) to ASCP.  ASCP’s responsibility is to provide the information they have received to ACPE in electronic format within 60 days of the completion of the activity. The pharmacist is also responsible to assure that the information in their profile is accurate; much like one checks their credit card bills or bank statements on line to verify proper records.

Please check your ASCP Profile to confirm that your NABP e-PID is entered correctly and that your date of birth (MMDD format - May 1, 2014 would be entered as 0501) is also correctly entered. Also confirm that your information is entered correctly on the NABP by going to or site to query the system for your NABP e-PID number.

Once you've completed your CPE, please confirm on CPE Monitor that your CPE has been accepted - if any problems arise or you see that your completed CE has not been accepted, please contact ASCP's Education Department or 703-739-1300 within 30 days of the completion of the activity.

Learners have a maximum of 365 days from date of purchase to complete any online course (please be mindful of individual course expiration dates, which are listed on both the individual course pages and on the individual course list index)
