Course summary: Medication Therapy Management Services such as the annual Comprehensive Medication Review (CMR) offered to Medicare Part D beneficiaries will now be provided to nursing home residents. This new mandate coupled with the recently released mandatory Standardized Format offers pharmacists, especially those in long term care, an opportunity to expand their reimbursable clinical services. These changes were put into effect January 1, 2013, so DO NOT delay in learning more. This course will provide practical information on what you need to know in order to be ready and successful in 2013 and into the future.

- Unit 4: Integrating your Recommendations into the Plan of Care
- Unit 5: Building a Sustainable Practice and Marketing Yourself to Others
